‘Saturday, I vow to go out and do an exceedingly large amount of maintenance on myself. Then come back and have an honorable bragging of my accomplishments.’
When you get back on the day after, upload a post describing/showing what you’ve done in your time off. If you already have a regular exercise schedule, add that extra 3 hours that could really do you good. If you have a hard time going to the gym, make this the day you do it. Been eating too much junk food, clear out your cabinets of it. Haven’t done a morning jog in a while, Saturday is the day.
Tag the post you upload with ‘mymaintenance’. Then go check out other bloggers accomplishments in the tag and give them plenty of congrats and good words. (Even if you don’t follow them)
